Noble Leisurely

Boudoir presents the new collection “Noble Leisurely”, inspired by a woman, who spends most of her time contemplating in idleness, questioning the meaning of life and dealing with subjects she conceives of only vaguely.

When the third butterfly landed, her skin felt the swift air. She awoke from her hazy absence, realizing the day was slowly coming to an end just as all her reflections were gone with the butterfly’s wing strokes, which disregarding her melancholy found a new peaceful spot.
She stroked her shoulder, looking for the dust of butterfly wings, and wished to fly away.

Boudoir predstavlja svoju novu kolekciju "Noble Leisurely",inspiriran je ženom koja višak svoga vremena provodi promišljajući u dokonosti, preispitujući smisao svog života i baveći se temama koje apstraktno poima.

Kad je i treći leptir sletio, njena koža osjetila je uskovitlani zrak. Prenula se iz svoje magličaste odsutnosti, primjetila da je dan na izmaku, a sva njena promišljanja nestala su sa zamahom krila leptira koji su, ne hajući za njenu melankoliju potražili novo savršeno spokojno mjesto. Pomilovala je rame, tražeći prah sa leptirovih krila i poželjela odletjeti.

Today we finished our last project, the special creations emerged for the competition to entry into the prestigious Association of Artists of Applied Arts of Croatia.

We invite you to the opening of the exhibition of paintings Petra Puž Novoselec to the fashion studio Boudoir, Radićeva 22, 27 November at 12 noon. The original images in the combined technique, acrylic and oil on canvas, reveals the emotional life of the newest creations of Boudoir. The exhibition is a sales-type and can be seen up to 31 December 2010.

"As a graduate student studying painting at the Academy of Fine Arts to find contemporary, original and interesting topic to me is always the hardest part. When it was important that the motif artistically interesting, it offers room for different interpretations and experiences and that is suitable for creating a particular atmosphere. In the last two series I was involved in creating the atmosphere in the picture and examine the possibilities of layering images, so that cooperation with fashion duo Boudoir imposed quite naturally, those in their work using numerous layers of airy fabrics in robes assembled a fascinating character. The clothes are always occupied in painting the supporting position, usually contributing to the character portrayed person and the image composition. Creations Boudoir did not meet the runner-up place, they are required to be the center of attention. Therefore, the images that you see on the exhibitions of dresses and portraits Tokic who wanted to be seen in all its splendor. "
